Never buy from DFS you’ll be disappointed…
We have been left without a bed and are sleeping on the floor since April after buying the most expensive bed in the shop and the customer service is awful. I strongly advise nobody ever buys from DFS.

Customer service was great. Very attentive and not over powering. Can’t ask for anything more than that. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Hazel was excellent from start to finish and went over and above our expectations with her customer service and in no way was pushy or demanding. A credit to your Glasgow store.
