Delivery Charge
The buying experience was good and, hopefully, the products will meet expectations.
The only gripe I have is the £179 delivery charge. Spending nearly £4K, I would expect items to be delivered free of charge.

Large showroom and helpful staff
Large showroom and helpful staff. I found the range of furniture available very good. All the staff were very helpful, initially asking if I wanted help and then backing off until I had questions and wanted to place an order. Everybody was so friendly and knowledgeable.

The young lady at Grantham was 1st class. She was helpful,cheerful, asked a question she couldn't answer and she went to find out, coming back with the answer and a detailed explanation. 12 out of 10. We left having purchased with a big smile on our face. The only fly in the ointment was our visit to the Peterborough store last night, we were there to purchase and the young woman there coudn't be bothered leaving us and other customers without attention, only focussing on giggling with a male staff member on sofas in the corner. Grantham it is from now on despite the long drive. DFS, find staff interested in doig there job.

Our sales rep. I believe she was the manager. Was very helpful. Sat through the whole process with us and showed me and my partner a couple of sofas.

New sofa, Grantham DFS.
From the minute we walked in (we weren’t jumped on ) the staff (Sammy) at the store was so nice, she answered all our questions, and left us to make decisions without any pressure. She took us through the process right till the end and made us feel important. We would def recommend the Grantham store and Sammy if you are looking for a new sofa .

having the pleasure of Demi to discuss the new furniture and very well experianced in her job. we both felt comfortable discussing all aspects and made us feel very welcome which was a pleasure.
we both thought that when we left that the staff all seemed happy in there work which also makes you want to return ready for your next piece if furniture as we have always bought from DFS Grantham and each time we visit it gets better.
