Misold footstool didn’t receive what I ordered…
Wrote a lovely review after visiting DFS but my sofa arrived today and the footstool (that I was upsold from plain to storage) is a completely different size. When I was sat in the store with my feet up ordering and deciding what to buy she upsold me the ‘storage’ footstool and told me it was exactly the same but with storage. At no point did she say it was considerably lower than the sofa and much smaller than the one in the showroom . I’ve been told by customer service that I have to wait for the store to contact me to resolve the issue so I’m fuming. Completely misold the product. Absolute fortune and was an integral part of the purchase as I have a small room and the footstool made the sofa practical for the space! Who has a footstool 5cns lower than the seat height????????
