Couldn't have asked for a better sales person than Harry. Very informative and easy to chat too. He helped advise on things allowing me to consider things I hadn't thought off prior.

We had already been in to dfs a few to pick a sofa , staff all very friendly - shop always smells amazing . Always spotless !
Today we went in to get our sofa ordered , we double checked the sofa by looking at it , testing it and moving the cushions etc , we were then greeted with Fisayo ! She has a great energy ! Im so glad we got her to deal with it made our experience a good one .she advised us of everything ,options and extras ! but spoke to us like we were all friends. Its exactly what i like when buying something from a shop !

We have had sofas in the past and dealt with harry ! Both are a great asset to the inverness store !! Thank you see you in 3-4 years Haha

We were in just as the shop opened today. We were given plenty of time to look round the store before being approached. Fisayo was so helpful and made buying our sofas a very pleasant experience. She explained everything in detail amd addded a few laughs along the way. Would definitely recommend the Inverness store!!

My wife & I went in to DFS Inverness today to look at sofas. We were spoke to a guy about what we wanted & he took us to the sofa, he chatted through all the options & made it clear to understand the colour choices etc for us. We ordered the sofa & had a laugh with him in the process. Made it easy & informative, we really appreciated the service we received.

Had a great experience purchasing my new sofa from DFS, the whole process was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Delighted with my choice. Special mention to Harry, who was fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. Great customer service, he made the purchase stress free and straightforward.
