excellent customer service without the high-pressure sales pitch

We went to look at sofas and bought one due to the relaxed atmosphere in the showroom. There were no pushy sales assistants but they were there to help and tell you about any we liked. Reece helped us to get the one we really liked explaining all the aspects of the 3-4 we had chosen. Came away very happy 😃

We recently visited DF and had an excellent experience thanks to Nigel. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole sales process. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

Nigel's knowledge, attention to detail, and calm approach made what can feel like an overwhelming decision much easier and more enjoyable. Customer service truly second to none. Thank you Nigel, for such a positive experience, it was very much appreciated.
