We bought a couch from DFS and had such a positive experience thanks to Linda. From the moment we walked into the store, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful without ever being pushy. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions patiently, and gave us great advice on styles, comfort, and what would suit our space best.
Linda made the whole process easy and stress-free. Her product knowledge was excellent and she genuinely cared about helping us find the right couch rather than just making a sale. She was professional, approachable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice.
Customer service like this is hard to find, and Linda is a real credit to DFS. We’re absolutely delighted with our new couch and very grateful for all of her help. Highly recommend asking for Linda if you’re shopping at DFS Limerick !

Excellent Customer Service in DFS Limerick
I called into my local DFS Store in Limerick on Monday, 27th April and met with a really lovely woman called Linda. She was so helpful, bubbly & knowledgeable about the products & available finance options.
I went in ‘just for a look’ and left after purchasing a new suite of furniture and a rug .
Her personable, friendly & easy manner was very welcoming & she was a delight to deal with!
I will be back to her in future for any further purchases.
Well done DFS for employing the right people 🙌
