I don’t believe you can buy a sofa…
I don’t believe you can buy a sofa online without trying it. The reason for the trip (over an hour away) was to try the sofa to see its comfort, size and potential durability. The shop assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. He let us take our 2 dogs into the store so we weren’t anxious about them being in the car. It mDe a significant difference to the amount of time we were able to spend in store. We are hoping that the purchase of the Flaxon 3 seater recliner, which was on offer will serve our purposes. Just need to organise the delivery now.

The whole process was quick and simple
The whole process was quick and simple. We found the ideal sofa for what we required. As it was display stock the delivery was next day. Couple delivering was polite and efficient and the delivery went without a hitch.

A really enjoyable experience
From the moment we walked through the door, we felt so welcome. Angie greeted us, listened to what we were looking for and gave us some great suggestions. The other staff we talked with were also really personable, and this all contributed to a really enjoyable experience. Evening the coffee tasted good too!
The products were all of good value, with a huge range to choose from.

Great service
Very pleasant, chatty, friendly people, each of the four people we spoke to very attentive and polite from point of contact to exit. We were even served coffee and water and never felt rushed or pushed into making our choice and final decision. Phil, Marcus, Tori and another we didn't get to know properly were the perfect hosts.
