We visited DFS Luton to test out some sofas we’d seen online. The range in store was very impressive so we were able to try a good variety of options. We ended up buying a corner sofa and armchair, whilst taking advantage of the 0% interest 4-year credit offer.

Special mention for Henna, the lady who looked after us. She greeted us when we arrived and left us to peruse at our leisure. She checked in with us a couple of times to see if we needed anything, but we never felt pressured. When we were ready she took us through all the information we needed and made it all very straightforward. She gave us all the options available to us and made she we understood everything. Henna genuinely made the whole process a pleasure. We would thoroughly recommend a visit if you’re considering investing in furniture. Be sure to ask for Henna!

Fahima was very helpful, explained about colours and fabrics and also showed us several sofa options. She helped with sorting out the delivery of the sofa, and because we chose a sofa from the clearance section we were able to have it delivered the same afternoon!
