Very helpful and accommodating for what I wanted to do.

Arrived at DFS Allington Maidstone Bank holiday monday 31/08/2026 and were able to park in the spacious car park opposite the store entrance. Entered the store & was able to wander freely looking & trying various sofas without staff pestering us. When we decided upon the furniture we liked my wife approached a staff member James who was super helpful & offered us a drink & spent time explaining about the product we wanted, he is definitely a people person. We felt very comfortable listening to his advice & knowledge & decided he had the sale. If all DFS staff are half as good as this staff member then DFS will have my money every time. A big thank you James we are looking forward to relaxing on our new sofa.

The whole experience was a pleasure Dan was patient and gave us time to look at the options available.
The decision to buy the Sofa Bed was more or less decided from a previous visit with Dan. Our second visit was to purchase the Sofa and see if there was a chair we both liked.
Chair chosen colour decided total sale agreed.
All options offered and explained in great detail.

Flynn not too pushy which we like, he was there when we needed him, made us a coffee, so we thought the whole experience very good. We purchased e new Rug, which we are pleased with, they have a large selection at reasonable prices.
