What I loved about DFS New Malden was that my partner and I were able to view all the sofas in the store without being jumped on by a salesman. Once we decided which sofa we wanted Samir the salesman came over to assist and answer any questions. Very professional service.

We recently visited DFS New Malden and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were greeted by a lovely lady who instantly made us feel at ease and even offered us a drink. She took the time to listen to our exact needs and guided us straight to a sofa that was just right for us, all at a very reasonable price.
