The assistant was very helpful when we first went in to the store he just said if you need any help just let me know and he left us alone which i prefer it was a good experience

Chelsea at the New Malden store was excellent provided us a great service trying to help us source a delayed delivery to work around our schedule of works. Thought the double check by the manager was also a great idea to avoid any potential issues
