The young lady who assisted us was very pleasant and helpful.

Pearl was fabulous- very knowledgeable

Lovely not to be hassled as soon as we walked through the door. After strolling around, we made a selection and found Debbie who was very approachable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. She ensured we knew advantages/disadvantages of types of materials and fillings and aftercare.
The coffee was an added bonus.

On our first visit we were assisted by Bob and on our second visit when we place our order it was Maddie; both were very helpful and made the transaction seamless. Explained the details of what we are paying for which made us confident of our purchase.

Went to try out sofas in store and was approached by a member of staff who advised us that there were more online. I found a sofa I liked and we went home to order the same exact one along with a sofa-bed. I was quite surprised by this approach, as I would have expected more support and guidance in-store when making such a significant purchase.

Don't like to be followed round and even when my daughter made it obvious that it was me buying the sofa and not her the saleswoman addressed her to begin with. Case of ignoring the older generation.

My wife and I visited the Rugby DFS store this afternoon to look at, and possibly purchase, a two seater sofa for her brother who lives in Cirencester. The sofa that we'd seen online wasn't quite as comfortable for our legs, but Bob, our very knowledgeable sales assistant pointed us in the direction of two more sofas that he thought might fit our criteria. We opted for the Newsome FB 2S Power Recliner. Bob explained, in great detail the operation of the reclining part of the sofa and he answered every question that we asked very thoroughly. His input, made the decision to purchase very easy. At no stage, did we feel pressurised to make the purchase, which, is commendable these days.
We were so happy with Bob's efforts that my wife and I then decided to purchase a 3 seater, a 2 seater plus a single seat in the same range for our lounge at home. Preferring a leather texture, Bob again explained the treatment of natural leather and steps required to help with longevity of this product. His input prompted us to make the purchase after a very favourable amount was discounted.
After the superb customer service that my wife and I received at DFS Rugby this afternoon we would certainly return to purchase other home items. Bob has to be commended on his expertise and knowledge in helping us to make these two purchases.

We went in store to have a look at sofas. We were greeted by Bob who was extremely helpful. His customer service was amazing and he spent a lot of time in store with us looking at different sofa options to match what we wanted. He even offered to help with customising the sofa to fit the size and layout of our living room. He was very patient and service was excellent and with a smile. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend DFS and Bob for future help.
