Very good experience
We were allowed to browse freely with no pressure, although staff were always on hand to help if needed, we felt well informed and given plenty of time to make decisions, well done to the staff, they were friendly and honest with their help and nothing was too much trouble, all in all, 5 stars, we left feeling very happy.

Grateful and satisfied
We came to the store multiple times to finalise our choice. Staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout and we were very happy with the purchase ultimately. Every thing was explained in detail and we were given the right guidance. I am very grateful and satisfied with the service.

Andy offered good advice but wasn’t in any way at pushy. A very relaxed purchase over several visits.
He was extremely patient as we worked out all the options we had in including how we would pay.
