I had an idea of what I was looking for when shopping for new sofas today in Waterlooville in Hampshire. Size, material etc.. The gentleman that met me at the door (Troy) .. I was there just as he was opening... offered to help me with my requests, showing me key furniture that was in my budget. Troy was very knowledgeable, answering every question without hesitation, he was friendly and there was no hard sell. He said if I wanted to go away and think about my choice, it wouldn't be a problem.
I actually wasn't feeling very well and he offered to fetch me water too.
I was more than happy to proceed and Troy explained all of the details thoroughly.
I will definitely return to the store as there are other items on my radar, lamps, tables, rugs.

Miles at the Waterlooville store was brilliant. I’d called the website sales team and asked if I could order to collect instead of pay delivery. They told me my nearest store would call me and Miles called me less than 5 minutes later. Very helpful, polite, personable and efficient. Excellent customer service!

Not pushy in anyway sharp or form. I usually dislike salesmen but Troy was really nice. He just explained it all clearly and allow us to make our own decisions.

I had already done my homework previously, so knew exactly what I wanted. Store was quiet so walked straight into order with speed an efficiency. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff member sorted everything out.
