Impossible to contact by phone
Impossible to contact by phone. I have the branch number and rang it and they said I do not have access to this number. In the end I had to get into the car and drive back to the store. The problem was that the store promised that the goods would be delivered, unpacked, inspected and the rubbish taken away. Apparently this is not the case.

Also, we appreciate your frustrations if you weren't able to speak to the store straight away. All our stores do operate on an outbound call basis only so, if you were to call in the operator would arrange a call with the store for you. All we ask is that you allow 48-72 working hours for contact to be made. Apologies again.

Roger helped us
Roger helped us, he even remembered us coming in a few months before. We came back for the service we received when looking, also a great sofa with reasonable delivery time.

Very helpful staff on arrival explained…
Very helpful staff on arrival explained about the options on styles and fabrics. Then left alone to look around which is what we prefer.
On choosing the sofa the order was taken by salesman Paul who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Overall very happy with the selection
