Delivery a day earlier than expected I was out so needed to update on where to leave parcel. Concern as this cancelled my cover if item went missing. Appreciate early delivery though.

Whole of yesterday

Whole of yesterday, I waited for the delivery. Nothing came through. At least an apology? None!!!
Today it was delivered. But no signature taken. Left in the green house. This document needed a signature!!! Whk signed??? How irresponsible was that???

DHL parcel delivery

Driver immediately recognised which house to deliver to and dealt with the delivery politely and promptly. Refreshingly positive given the number of misdelivered parcels we suffer from other couriers(at least 1 in 3).

Lied about initial delivery attempt.

Lied about initial delivery attempt.

Second attempt they changed the address so it was incorrect even though I had a screenshot showing they were initially given the correct address.

Worst experience I've had with DHL tbh

Worst experience I've had with DHL tbh, and not my regular driver.
Just abandoned at the front door in it's huge box.
I caught it on the doorbell camera, he rang once, didn't wait, walked away, turned and took a pic, and was gone, all during school pick-up.

2 bogus failed deliveries

Waiting for medical equipment and not once, but twice the driver alleged to have been to an open office and factory, claiming nobody was at the premises. Both times, mid afternoon. I thought DHL were reliable. Seems to me to be another Everi style outfit with poor customer service.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Plenty of advance notifications. A helpful time window. Message received when delivery was imminent. Courteous and efficient delivery driver. Package arrived in perfect condition. Thank you DHL Express UK.
