The driver changed his route and was late, when the app said 6 stops away it took him more than 2h to reach the area. Not a big problem, however my package was marked as undeliverable, due to customer not being home. I was home waiting for it, so when I contacted customer service they checked and the driver was not even at my house when he marked this in the app

Arrived within the two hour time slot and the driver was very pleasant and helpful and offered to put the item wherever I wanted it as it was very heavy.
It's a pleasant surprise to have such a helpful driver not in a rush

I am extremely disappointed DHL service
I am extremely disappointed and concerned with DHL’s service. This parcel was strictly addressed to my office location, and my employer does not even have my personal address on file. Yet, DHL has inexplicably redirected it to my private residential address.Last month, I used the one-off redirect service just once to have a parcel sent to my home because our office was undergoing renovation. DHL's backend system/AI tool has now covertly linked my private phone number and home address to my company profile. As a result, DHL is now automatically hijacking and redirecting all my overseas business deliveries to my home without my consent.My personal contact details and residential address should never be stored or used by DHL for unauthorized business profiling. This is a severe breach of data privacy. DHL must immediately clear this unauthorized automatic linking from their backend system and deliver my packages strictly to the address printed on the waybill.
