The guy on the counter carried my package to my car for me, which was very much appreciated, as I would've struggled otherwise, so thank you for that.

You you delivered at the wrong address even the picture the proof that I received it’s not me the man is black. I’m white and on the door it doesn’t write my number.

The delivery was very fast. Faster than expected by a long shot.
From my end sending the parcel was a breeze thanks to the able male employees who helped me in a most friendly, patient business- like manner. They quickly solved the issue I had run into trying to complete the online shipping form from home, assisted as needed while I completed the details on the computer and finalized the the mailing invoice ( my term ) efficiently to get the package off to a great start. They made me feel confident that, as it does every Christmas for my parcels being delivered in Germany, competent DHL employees would deliver my documents in a safe and timely manner.

The delivery was announced for Monday, but changed to Friday between 9:20 and 11:20 on that Friday at 9:30. The DHL-van and I arrived at the same time, and the parcel was handed over without problem. Other parcel services allow me to track their van and to see deliveries before mine on a map.

Parcel delivered to wrong address; however delivery confirmation suggests I accepted the parcel (the delivery shows a door step with a closed front door!) Moreover, does DHL actually have a customer services department??? I've been on hold for over 40 minutes!!

My parcel was supposed to arrive next day delivery in the allocated time frame made by dhl express. The delivery driver thought it would be a good idea to deliver outside the allocated time slot when know-one was in well before the arranged time slot. I noticed this as I received an email stating a failed attempt to deliver. I phoned customer service to make them aware what had happened and explained that their driver had tried to deliver the parcel outside of the arranged time window she tried to call the driver to get him to redeliver the Item in the correct time. She couldn’t get hold of him so raised a complaint she said someone from the complaint team will definitely call you today then said there’s both else to be done so just wait for a call. No call came from the complaint team as I was promised. The package I was waiting for I needed on Saturday 5th September and I reiterated this to the customer advisor many times. I went to my local dhl depot to be told apparently the company delivering my dhl package was a separate company by an angry worker. He suggested I phone customer service again so I did only to have the phone put down on me when the customer advisor was apparently transferring me to the computer after I told him they had not called when I was promised they would . I noticed as well to speak to a human you have to pay a premium number fee. After this nothing happened and I didn’t hear anything from the complaint team until 13:30 on Monday 7th September. I couldn’t go to the conference so am out of pocket and have suffered reputational damage for arranging a sale and not being able to attend the conference. All because their driver obviously wanted to get home early on a Friday asap so done all the deliveries early DHL are a joke the complaint team are a joke if you want your parcel delivered next day don’t use dhl.
