I ordered a parcel from the Netherlands with home delivery.
I received an email saying that the parcel was waiting at the collection point because allegedly no one was home.
The two of us were at home all day waiting for the courier!
He didn't even bother to come.
I paid for home delivery, thieves.
Stay away.

Pedí un paquete desde los Países Bajos con entrega a domicilio.
Recibí un correo electrónico diciendo que el paquete estaba esperando en el punto de recogida porque, supuestamente, no había nadie en casa.
¡Los dos estuvimos en casa todo el día esperando al mensajero!
Ni siquiera se molestó en venir.
Pagué por la entrega a domicilio, ladrones.
No os acerquéis.

DHL never deliver on the agreed date, and they are notoriously in giving packages a fake "Not home"-scan to avoid driving to your address.

Their drivers in Sevilla are completely useless, by definition.

Every single time, DHL is like clockwork, but not in the good way.

Its the import people that are the real problem. we have been dealing with them a few years and always its the back office that gives problems. We should have postponed VAT on our imports but this time we were charged £823 on an import of £363 and there should be no VAT at all. The response from DHL is "not my problem guv" its your problem as we cant correct our mistakes. Only problem is there is very little other choices at the moment to use.

They are taking package hostage and not updating the delivery, send an email that they are supposed to deliver today, yet no updates, package hasn't arrived at "local warehouse".
They don't answer emails, they hang up calls on costumers.

Update: after spamming the contact number before 8 AM I managed to be answered... let's hope for the best now?!

DHL is one of the most dishonest companies there is. They ALWAYS say they tried to deliver when, in fact, they take packages direct to one of the Service Points. In the latest instance of this, they say they took it to the nearest Service Point, when in fact, they took the parcel to one many km away - when there is a DHL Service Point in my village!! So not only could they not be bothered to deliver to my address, they did not even come to my village! Yet they say they tried to deliver and when I call their customer service they say there is nothing they can do. PATHETIC - DISHONEST - UNPROFESSIONAL

UPDATE: the customer service said they had opened a ticket for my complaint, and they gave me a ticket number - never heard anything from them after that of course. It really demonstrates how dysfunctional and dishonest they are, right up to the level where they are dealing with customer complaints - they couldn't care less!

I give DHL Spain 1 because 0 is impossible.

My package was supposed to arrive on Friday but the truck was overweight so wasn't possible to load it, Monday not sure what their excuse was, yesterday 3 people at DHL informed me that 100% for sure it would arrive and it didn't. Someone was at home all day yesterday, what a waste of a day. Today I spoke to DHL again and the person I spoke to promised me that today, the package will arrive 100% for sure. Still sitting here waiting. 😡😡😤😠🤬😈

I will do everything I can to avoid DHL in the future.

Wow! Just read the reviews and unfortunately my experience is exactly the same. Absolutely bloody hopeless. Deliveries seem to be left with a third party who couldn’t give a toss. Lied about delivery hub not being open, another courier couldn’t even find their own delivery hub and the last attempt is showing delivered and it’s not. The lady in the collection point knows me now and I’m fed up of walking in there and she nods her head more or less to say no. A week overdue now and there’s a very expensive watch languishing in the back of some wasters van.

Did not even try to deliver to my home address. Send conflicting information about status of delivery. Is it still in their system? Is it at some mystery collection point, not the one nearest me, that a parcel by the same sender was sent to last week? It's not there, so your guess is as good as mine. Maybe if I could chat with an actual human and not a bot that WILL ONLY CHAT IN GERMAN, we could get to the bottom of it, but no, that's not how DHL roll. A disgrace of a company, totally unfit for purpose.

I have been at home all day waiting for a delivery by DHL. They are now saying that they attempted delivery and I quote
"Unfortunately, DHL couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience"
This is a total lie, they made no attempt at a delivery. Truly shocking company.

Worst delivery company I used, their couriers never ring the doorbell and they say that I’m not home to receive my package when I spend the whole day at home specifically for this purpose. And then I have to wait an extra day or even more for them to deliver the package to a pick up location.

No service. Not delivered as promised by company in email from them.

16 giorni per consegnare da Valencia a Valencia. Alla fine mia figlia ha respinto il pacco, ovviamente! Una vergogna definirsi "corrieri". Non esiste un numero da chiamare (quelli che si trovano in giro hanno un messaggio automatico che dice di guardare nel loro sito), non c'è modo di comunicare. Mi figlia non ha sentito il telefono la prima volta e quindi è scattata la vendetta. Questo qui sotto è il tracking:

Trash, basura, Müll, Schrott, mierda, scheisse. Better words for that company I can’t find. A disaster, better you all go home and close the company forever.

If I could place minus 5 stars, I'd did. The parcel is lying in a hub for weeks, status is "delayed", nobody answers the emails, only the autoresponses incoming, the ai-chatbot on a website is stupid as hell.

DHL has to be by far the one company with Highest collection "NOT THINKERS WORKERS" on their staff. I have never deal with people so unmotivated to THINK, COMMUNICATE or RESOLVE shipping issues. Instead they choose to TWIST, Make it DIFFICULT with missinformation and LIES! ANYOne with a thinking actitud willing to resolved an issue knows.... IF the delivery address is INCOMPLETE, what does any human does? CALLs the number shown on the order RIGHT? or contact the shipper BuT NOT DHL, because they sub contract mediocre workers that CHOOSE NOT TO THINK. When that is is what you deliver leaving NO ROOM for IMPROVEMENT but just collecting MORE of the same MEDIOCRE NONTHINKER group of workers... well SHIT is what you get. I am no surprise to see 1 star, they honestly DON't DESERVE 1. BUT ZERO stars....

Salamanca, Spain DHL delivery is pathetic. Lied about delivery attempt (claiming I was not present at home) and had to drive 20 km to pick up the package. This is the second time they did this. Not mentioning my numerous phone calls (each time waiting more than 30 mins😤 to talk to someone and a waist of time). Also to make the matter more frustrating, I am a person with mobility problem.

Terrible experience! Never again!

I ordered a product from Holland on the 30th of August.
The seller made a mistake with the address that I pointed our straight away and he changed immediatily.
On DHL website I could see the address changed.
But on the 5th of Septmber DHL tried to deliver the parcel to the wrong address because DHL Spain still had the wrong address.
I ask how is this even possible if online I can see since the change the correct one?
The second problem is that they wrote down: Recipient is not present... it is not true because I was home all day... they just had the wrong addree.
On the 6th of Septmber I call DHL Spain to ask what happened and they told me they had the wrong address, but not to worry about it because they could change it and reschedule the shipment for monday the 8th of Septmber.
Monday the 8th of Septmber I was home all day, no one came and the parcels wasn't delivered.
On the 9th of Septmber I checked online to see what was going on and I saw that the parcel was Delivered...
I called immediately DHL to know what was going on, and the call center didn't know what was going on.
We opened up the first ticket: no 54490852.
No one got in touch with me. I called again the day after and they said that they were investigating.

I called again the day after still no news of my parcel!
They opened up another ticket: 54504598.

As per today 12th of Septmber 2025, no answer from DHL!
They still don't know where my parcel is... It is incredible as a parcel can disapper in thin air in 2025!
We can trace everything but they are not able to check if the driver has delivered the parcel and where...

Horrible service, with this I have not only lost my parcel but even the customer I had to work with cause I didn't have the material I needed.

I'll never ever again use them as a courrier.

If I could give 0 stars I would these people are the absolute worst of the the worst. The worst CS experience I have ever had. Lies and more BS. 3 times the product was to be delivered. All times nothing was ever recived. No signatures ever shown or pictures. The last update was that it was delivered 2:40PM local time but local time was 1:56 PM at that moment.

I would say it's trash , but trash can sometimes be useful.

I needed a medical device that I had missed on my trip to Europe. Based on recommendations from Google AI I had it shipped by DHL Express on August 29. It took three days for it to get out of US! It stayed one day in UK and one day Spain in and I have not received it yet after 5 days. I have not been able to speak with anyone and my request to be called within 4 hours window has not been granted yet after 2 days. I will be leaving this address in two days and not sure if I get my EXPRESS shipment after a week! And I have paid $150 ! I think if I had it mailed by regular mail it may have been delivered faster!
