Excellent service. Went above and beyond. Very much appreciated
I am writing this review on behalf of my sister in law who has just moved in with us today. She is still in tears over the way he treated her this morning. He was rude, intimidating and accused her of lying. Her dealings with the owner/driver of Dialavan have been absolutely awful. He demanded the £475 cash in full before they left her house. On arrival at our house he was immediately rude to my husband. My husband walked away the second time it happened and I carried on. He then was very rude to me as well and wouldn't stop shouting. I then asked if he had insurance as a sofa had been damaged which set him off again (apparently he didn't). He then accused me of threatening behaviour (I wasn't). I wish we had looked at the last trustpilot review on here before using him.
Avoid using this company at all costs! My sister in law will be contacting the owners of trustpilot tomorrow to take this up with them.
Used this service to move my fathers reclining chair 0.6 miles from a care home to a flat in Witney when he was acutely unwell. The job took 23 minutes and I was charged £40 cash. Unfortunately the service was impatient and rude and I felt like I was wasting his time. Not what I expect for 80/hr (cash - no invoice). He then left abruptly with the power cable still in the rear of his van. This particularly grated as I had already paid him £50 for 20 minutes work to move the reclining chair 0.6miles to the care home in the other direction two weeks earlier. In summary dealing with this man was a pretty unpleasant experience. Avoid.
Needed urgent delivery from Oxford to London and i was not let down - happy to recommend this company.
