Current car insurer. Just quoted renewal increase £280 up to £400. Rejected the renewal. Told them via phone and email. They've automatically renewed it anyway. Not impressed.

I have sent the no claim bonus ceticate by a mail .. but still not received. Areply but instead received a mail that there would be a increase and a more extra charge of 40 pounds extra .. will a client be happy with this .. kindly rectify and get back to me on my mail ID . Any details needed pl. Let me know .. I still need lower premium .. pl look into it .

Not great, it's a typical broker, all about the fees, no cooling off period, thought it was law ?? Call centre in Nigeria I think, all I know is they spoke terrible English

After a genuine error in my application I was informed that my premium would be nearly doubled to over £1000.00. I cancelled the policy within 24 hours and requested a refund of the annual payment I had paid? To date I have not recieved my refund. Most annoyed and disappointed.

Have been insured for 6 months and decided to change my car. Online, indicated I could not get a quote and to call. Duly did so, and told they would try another panel.
The quote came back at nearly £400 more expensive, lower spec car, and £350 more expensive than other quotes. I was told, if I cancel, I would get a refund but the fee for cancelling my policy would be £60. There would have been a £25 admin fee to change the car details.
Would not use this company again, and suggest you do your homework before using them as they are out to make money for nothing.

The woman I spoke to when setting up my Car Insurance put the wrong bank details in, when I looked in my App, they were incorrect! I had to ring up again and the 2nd woman couldn't seem to change the details. After being on hold for 20 minutes, she finally managed to amend the bank details. Call handlers need further training!

I have just terminated my insurance with Dial Direct .
I’ve had vehicle insurance with this company before without many issues
This time it’s been different
I came to change my vehicle and they first wanted to double the price of my insurance as I needed it quickly I did so . The day after when i came to cancel
It I was bumped with a £ 80 or £ 90 fee
The lady on the phone changing it as we spoke
Pulling charges out of hat like a magician

I cancelled my mother in law's auto renewal via the online account as advised by the company. Confirmation was received of the cancellation. Dial Direct proceeded to take £381 from her account and then wanted £25 cancellation fee. I had to call them and fight to get them to remove this charge as the insurance had been cancelled weeks prior to the renewal date. To treat elderly customers so appallingly is disgusting.

Price was good , but they have no way of showing if you are able to drive other vehicles on the policy ( when looking all over the site ) it states it will be written on your insurance certificate . So you have to take a policy out to find out .
Mine doesnt cover it , which was annoying as i insured my other car , a week prior to taking this policy does cover driving other vehicles ( same underwriter for both policys .

Total scam company do not use, rip off after rip of they're terrible moving from a town with high crime and 300,000 residents to the country with 8 houses and no crime for a decade was an increase of over £300 . Do not use and avoid at all costs you have been warned.
Response to the companies feedback, we got cover costing us about the same and they changed the address for £14, how does one company charge over £300 and another £14. Do not use this company, they obviously make their profit on changes to policies, such as addresses etc, unscrupulous practice and I will be reporting them to the FCA. Direct Dial you are a disgrace
