Unbelievably simple and phenomenal service.
Purchasing an engagement ring from the UK and was able to select the exact diamond from a list of many, this included filtering by clarity colour and cut and personally selecting the exact diamonds wanted. I chose the setting, the gold and the side stones.
Despite being online it still felt very personal.
One suggestion would be to also have photos of the process showing the ring being put together, would be a nice touch for a memento.
The ring is flawless and the box has I light built in showing how perfect the ring is.
Amazing in every way. Would recommend.
