Just received my wedding ring and it’s perfect. My engagement ring was also purchased from here. Great communication throughout

Far too many spam emails, without any real value to them, continued miss information. For example about to be delivered, when it had already been delivered. Just expect a bit better here.

All that I did not expect after ordering, they kept me informed at every stage of my order from purchase, build and delivery. I will return for another gift for my wife and I have recommended them to friends and family. Well done all round.

Beautiful diamond hoop earrings and the service has been great. I have ordered several pieces of jewelry from them.

Kept in contact through out the purchase to the delivery.

I placed order DFPT782/1 on May 7th and unfortunately the biggest issue so far has been the complete lack of customer support.

The last update I received was on May 14th saying that the selected stone had arrived, but since then there have been no meaningful updates regarding the order status or expected delivery date.

I have tried contacting support multiple times through both the phone number and the website chat, but neither allows you to speak to an actual person — they only allow leaving messages. After 21 days and several messages sent, I still have not received a single reply.

At this point, my concern is not only the delivery timeframe but mainly the complete absence of communication and support for such an important purchase.

I would simply like a proper update regarding my order and a realistic delivery estimate.

Update (1 June 2026):

Today I finally received a response from customer support after 23 days. They explained that a technical issue appears to have prevented my previous messages from reaching their support team, and they have now assigned someone to follow my order directly.

Staff are accomodating and open to answer all my questions

They were amazing the customer service was very good there was a few hiccups but the guys were very helpful and kept in contact with me all the way, I have had so many compliments about my earrings and they do exactly as you ask, I was a little bit skeptical at the beginning but it all turned out amazing. They will be my new go to for Jewellery.

No customer service what so ever. I didn't receive the certificate with my order, and no one replies to messages, emails, chats, phone calls or FB Messenger. Never again 👎

Edit: they only replied after I wrote this review. Wouldn't still recommend.

Diamond factory

I purchased a dream engagement ring for my fiancée, finding the ideal design from the Diamond Factory. However, this was the only positive in what has been both a disappointing and poor experience, after the initial delay in collecting the ring, with the experience taking twice as long as advertised. I asked for a small resizing of the ring, upon recollection it began to fall apart within 2 days losing diamonds and the emerald becoming loose. The Diamond Factory confirmed that this was due to porosity in the creation of the ring and offered to make a new ring using my original selected stones. They estimated this would take 2 weeks almost 7 weeks later and the ring has not been returned. They have also stated that they did not use the original stones and with the most recent email stating that the ring would not require a re-hallmarking despite them making the replacement from scratch.

I have found the customer service to be amongst the poorest with little to no updates on the product, when they do arrive it is usually up to two weeks after the initial inquiry and multiple chase emails. When calling you will receive conflicting information with different service reps providing conflicting information.

This experience has led to my fiancée having the ring on her finger less than the Diamond Factory has had it since I proposed 3 months ago.

I would not recommend them and will not be using them for Wedding Bands, I strongly urge for anyone reading this to consider alternate jewellers. What should have been amongst the most exciting time of our lives has instead turned into a nightmare.
