From start to finish the staff member I had was polite, friendly and supportive throughout. Digital DRA have claimed I owe SKY GLASS £69 despite the remarkable fact I have NEVER been a SKY GLASS customer now or at any time in the past.
I do not know where Digital DRA have got their information from but I will NOT be paying a debt for something I have never had.
