Trustworthy platform

Usual good experience except for packaging

As usual, the online ordering process was seamless, the delivery on time and the printer toner was offered at a competitive price. The only criticism is why Digitec/Galaxus thought it necessary to send the toner cartridge loose in a box that was fully four times the size of the cartridge box itself?

Simplicity + luck = a great deal!

It's always so simple. Everything comes under a heading where you can search for exactly what you would like to purchase. In this case, there was an offer not to be refused on objects left in the warehouse. I was lucky and found three things I could really use!

normally very good

I ordered uncountable things from digitec and I had normaly no problems at all, but I had a few times where the support is not realy usable or the warranty got rejected, where I didn't understood why
