They sold me a headphones and I wanted…
They sold me a headphones and I wanted to claim under warranty 12 months and they want £60 for inspection. Unbelievable!!!! Such poor support service, I asked questions but they answered if I want to claim warranty I need to pay £60! I feel stolen and I will ask public authorities to step in if they won’t willing to resolve my problem!!! They don’t even sent me invoice to my email!

Had some doubt but everything came through with no hitches. except some miscommunication on the day of arrival but that didnt affect anything as each step was well communicated after

You failed to deliver any package
You failed to deliver any package. Pretty fundamental! Then 5 months later, after I pointed this out you, you sent me an e-mail saying you were going to recall the delivery. You only had one job and you have consistently failed to achieve that over a very long period of time.
