Good price fast delivery, instructions were terrible

Excellent service, there was a mistake in the order but this was very quickly sorted and a replacement quickly delivered.

I ordered a double drawer unit which I must say is fantastic, while fitting it I noticed I had lost a screw, Direct4x4 where great and have posted 1 immediately, Now that’s customer service, thank you, I look forward to doing business with you in the future

Purchased an expedition awning on Wednesday afternoon and was delivered Friday morning .
I have purchased from direct 4x4 many years ago for a different vehicle for the same awning and the quality is always amazing . Fitted the awning to my camper van today and everything I needed was included in the box . The awning will make a great addition to our camper van experience. I received the Direct 4x4 Drawer system and fitted it the back of Land Rover, unfortunately the locking system only locks the drawer and not the slide out unit top - so whilst the web site description states "Lock and key keeps your cargo safe and secure" it is far from this if you wish to safeguarding things in the back on your van or car! The Unit looks well made but unfortunately if you want to protect items in the back you will need to have a work around or buy something else!

From helpful staff when I first enquired to fast delivery of a great product.

ordered side bars for van and the instructions included were terrible but I rang and spoke to Heather who emailed me detailed instructions from their fitter. I still had a few issues and Heather could not have been more helpful or patient. Great customer experience
