Horrible company
Horrible company! Don’t book via them, but go directly to the ferry company.
They make misstakes and let you suffer. No proper and timely resolution. They make you more angry with their chatbot which is based on artificial stupidity rather than artifical intelligene. Hence, experience becomes really Kafkaesk/Orwellian.
Again, don’t fall for this trap!

VERY BAD
VERY BAD. They take a booking. Take my credit card. Authorise a payment and then send me an email that I have made a “request for a booking” that will take 24-48 hours for a response. For a booking that is less than 24 hours away.

Experience of Booking Ferry Boat
The system is easy to understand, however, instead of "return", it should be "round trip". When I was booking, I did not understand it very well, so I made two single journeys instead of "return". I trust such bookings are much more expensive.
