Great product

I bought an electric wheelchair as the waiting list locally is 18 months, I explained to the company that I needed a chair as I was housebound for 2 yrs. They were brilliant, the chair arrived in a week, it is excellent value for money, the customer service couldn't have been better. Highly recommend this company and there is a link to finance too.

Even though I placed the order on a bank holiday weekend my dad's rollator still arrived in 5 days, which was actually only 2 or 3 working days. More than happy with the product and delivery. will definitely use Discount Mobility again

Good value scooter ,battery has good range fits comfortably in my car boot would recommend company and scooter.

Good price, didn't wait long for delivery. Paid extra for someone to deliver and put it together. Well worth the extra money. Gentleman who delivered was very friendly.

Good fast service would have been a5star review but because the product was altered by the manufacturer slightly was mis lnformed about exact spec.Discount mobility offered a small gift as compensation and was satisfied as a result.

We had researched various mobility scooters for my husband & the Rascal Veo Sport fitted the bill for us. Discount mobility were far less expensive than anyone else so we took a chance & ordered. The scooter arrived the day they said it would, well packaged, & in perfect working order. It didn't take too long for me to construct & I can fit the various parts into the boot of my Astra, but I do have the scooter seat on the back seat of the car. We also ordered a bag incorporating a walking stick holder but this didn't arrive. However a quick phone call soon had this resolved. All in all a good experience.

Ordered on line without a problem. They phoned me as they could offer a slightly larger capacity battery, therefore better value, but it was larger in size and so not suitable for me. But my batteries arrived very early the next day as they had said.

The only issue was the courier delivery. They arrived and expected someone to lift the chair off with them. Not much good if you need a wheelchair to get around! I emailed discount mobility about this but received no reply.

Ordered a wheelchair the g-lite vanus and although I expected it to be aluminium colour (as advertised) it was in fact black. However it is a good quality wheelchair and very lightweight so decided to keep it.
It was also a very good price.
Delivery in a few days too.

Straight forward product advice and easy ordering. Telephone call to arrange a delivery which was completed within 2 days of ordering. Delivered, assembled, assist with dismantling and moving (not removing of course) of "old recliner". Demo of new chair etc done methodically and with patience. Can't fault process. Thanks by the way!
