A great experience all around
I am very impressed with this company. They have a great selection of watches. I found the watch I wanted for a good price, and saw my order was shipped the same day. I ordered the watch on Dec 31 and even with the holiday I received my watch on Jan 5. The watch was brand new, in the box, and was in perfect condition. It was about as smooth as it gets. I will definitely keep them on my short list the next time I am in the market for another watch.

i order a watch under my name but paid whit my mother in law credit card someone from discount watchstore called me to say they couldint send it at my adress cause the watch was purchased whit someone else credit card and they could only send it to their adress so i said fine so they shipped the package but it never made it they said they could int fine the adress so it was send back and will refund me then so now i got to repAY AND ORDER AGAIN BUT WONT DO IT WHIT DISCOUNT WATCH STORE

Better Than Expected!
This was the only place where I could find the watch I really wanted and initially, I was very skeptical about buying a watch from an online retailer for various reasons. I read some reviews and most people seemed to have a good experience. I was able to chat with the staff at Discount Watch Store, make an offer on the watch (which was accepted with relative ease), and complete the transaction. Within a few days, the watch was at my doorstep. The watch was absolutely perfect, authentic (as advertised), and I am completely happy with the entire purchase. I would certainly do business with Discount Watch Store again in the future!

Great service
I ordered a Michael Kors MK5605 watch and it was a Great deal, only problem was the face was not linedup straight. I called them and they issued me a label to return the watch for a complete refund since they were out of a replacement watch. I could have changed to another style but I loved this one. The return label was 2 day usps and did not cost me a dime. I have been refunded the complete amount I paid, hassel free. I highly recommend them. A great deal.

No Warranty card !
The needed warranty number and other paperwork needed to register my Invicta watch for the 5 year warranty was not with the watch. I have made other purchases from Discount Watch and never had a problem. This, of course, will make me wary of future purchases.

Superb Service, Superb Price
Checked around for a watch with tritium lighting and went through hundred of choices. This watch popped up and the price seemed right so I jumped on it. The watch arrive in just a couple days and is exactly what I thought it would be. Came in factory packaging and is AWESOME! Thanks guys.

Watch Not Available - Waste of Time
They replied after placing order that the watch failed their inspection and no more available. They offered to try and find me another but shouldn't that be automatic to fulfill the order? Simple process fix, all watches listed as last one should be pre-inspected prior to listing OR offer to sell at some discount - what are you going to do with it?
