speed, service, professionalism

I did receive it on time, but it is not running, now I have to make the time to pick up a battery to make sure it works, therefore I did not give a 5star rating, perhaps when sending the watches, Discount Watch needs to make sure the clocks are running before sending them.

Expedited shipping was chosen and paid for such that it would arrive by Christmas (and was confirmed by the seller it would). However it was shipped UPS ground and has still not arrived. Discount watch refunded the extra shipping charges but I feel that it was inadequate since the watch has not arrived yet.

Would differently buy from again

The price was very reasonable. It arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately there was no picture of the item to verify it was exactly what I was looking for. I was disappointed the item has a shiny finish vs. a matte finish, but it was a purple zippo. The thing that mattered most. Overall I was pleased with my experience with the company!

This was the lowest price I could find for the watch. The shipping and service was fast, and I got it before the date I was supposed to. The item was as promised.

Everything went smoothly and when I did call customer service to ask a question their response was fast and complete. Great company

Really good service, honest. Even if i didnt recieve the watch i ordered. I purchase the watch for my husband and they only had one left, they verify there products before shipping them( that great, even in high season) mines was damaged, but im glad they told me, it would of been worse if it had arrive as a gift for my husband damage. They issued my refund asap and asked if i was willing to wait until the next shipment arrive. Happy with the customer service.

I really liked my experience on the website. The make an offer section is a cool idea. It was the first time I ever used something like that on a website and am extremely glad I did. I got a great deal on the 2 watches I bought and they were shipped to me using 2-day Priority shipping. The watches were packaged well. Watch did not come with instructions or stamped warranty card however customer service sent me a pdf. Watch condition itself was absolutely perfect (I am OCD) so overall a great purchase expereience
