Unable to delete payment methods
I subscribed to DisneyPlus Black Friday Nov 2024 Deal and cancelled my subscription a week ago. Now when I log in to my DisneyPlus account, it won't let me see anything but the current plan offers. I can't review my billing history or delete my payment methods. So basically, if I don't resubscribe I can't control my payment information. I think it is obvious why so many people are cancelling their subscriptions. Why would I give my money to a company I can't trust? Shameful.
Way too many ads
Way too many ads for the timeframe of the episode. Nearly half of the time spent watching the episodes I watch are just commercials even though it’s literally a paid service. Adding commercials to a paid service isn’t going to make me level up and pay more - I’m just going to stop using it because I’m not willing to give a billion dollar industry more and more money when I hardly make minimum wage. Really not worth your money especially when there are not enough options on there to watch consistently unless you’re just obsessed with everything Disney.

Not what they advertise suppose to get disney hulu espn for 18.99 took three hours on phone to get working on tv 3 days later they canceled hulu said it was a clutch then tried to charge me 35.99 on phone 2 more hours customer service is terrible just kept reading me same scrip they told me it was my fault they can't even read there own computer screens very frustrating ended up just canceling everything they don't care or try to solve your problem

I was a victim of fraud through my bank account paying double for two accounts when I only had one. The payments go back august 2021. I did the payments through PayPal and the bank but Disney received the payments. The bank and PayPal have said it’s Disney who need to refund. I have called Disney 4-5 times and received nothing but obstruction. I was fobbed of with different information everytime. Although I managed to get a refund for 6 months they have told me I can only have upto 12months in all. I have complained as a victim of crime I am being penalised by awful processes and accusing, antagonistic and patronising people taking my call. I will never ever use Disney again. I have never ever been treated as poorly as that ever before. I have never known a company never to pay back fraud refunds.
Money Hungry Little Piggies
l've been a loyal Disney+ subscriber since launch and have always felt the service was worth the yearly $159.99 fee, even with recent price increases. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that I had been unknowingly charged for two Disney+ subscriptions under the same account; one annual Disney+ plan and one Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max bundle. I originally switched to the bundle because it seemed like the most cost-effective option after already paying for both Disney+ and HBO Max separately. When the bundle's price increased, I decided to cancel it and keep just a Disney+ plan with ads. That's when I realized I'd been charged for both subscriptions simultaneously. I understand that there may have been a misstep on my part or buried terms I missed, but it still feels frustrating that the system allowed two active subscriptions on the same account without any notification or automatic merging. For a company that emphasizes customer care, I expected clearer processes and better safeguards to prevent accidental double billing. This experience has left me disappointed and ultimately the reason I have cancelled my subscription. I hope Disney+ considers improving clarity when switching plans and adding alerts for duplicate charges, so other subscribers don't end up in the same situation.
Greedy Trash
Terrible what they did to millions of YouTube TV customers by taking espn off of the listed included Chanels due to them trying to make more money. Multi billion dollar company is too greedy for me. Disney you are trash for this !
Unable to cancel subscription
Unable to cancel subscription taken in circles from app to account. I could delete account, but that does not cancel the subscription. Honestly sick to the back teeth, no customer service at all!!!

I created an account as I wanted to watch a show I couldn’t find on any other platform. App required iOS 16.5 to download but my iPad is iOS 15.8 and ‘up to date’. Tried going onto the website (multiple search engines) for it to say “download the app”. They were quick to take £9.99 off me upfront!! Subscription and account cancelled and deleted!! Ideally I would like my £9.99 back as I couldn’t even get as far as the homepage!

After I signed up for a subscription the login page is stuck in an endless loop.
Deleting cache does not fix it.
Now I can't use Disney+ and can't cancel the subscription.

Have a recurring membership. Was shocked when I checked that the price for this year had gone up by 50 Euro. A MASSIVE 55% increase on the price from last year.

Horrible service. ESPN subscription access through Disney plus is just terrible. Trying to access account information and I got in endless loops of bundle advertisements with no options to see current account information or subscriptions. Total time waste.
