Nothing Good Last Forever

I once enjoyed watching Disney+ + until their price rate went up and their movies became garbage (The last three Star Wars and their spinoff). I guess it's true that nothing good lasts forever, since I terminated my subscription today after 2 years. Get better writers, Disney.

I was charged 2 payments of £4.99 on…

I was charged 2 payments of £4.99 on the same day, at the same time and same invoice number, for Disney. I was refunded one via the bank a couple days later, but as I opened a case through PayPal my Disney account was closed without my say. I have already paid for this month, i am down £4.99 and can't access my account unless I pay for another subscription at £5.99 (despite already paying for this month). Disney say take it up with PayPal, even tried to imply i set up two accounts with them. PayPal refunded a 1p. Disney is worth 2 billion and they quibble over £4.99 refund. Shame on Disney, they should look after their customers. I won't be reactivating my subscription, I will just have to take the loss on this one. Meanwhile a multi billionaire company continues to take from people who have much less in society.

This company turned up on my bank…

This company turned up on my bank statement taking money from my account for a subscription. I do not have a subscription with disney, but I seem to be paying for one. when I went to disney to see what I am paying for, I have not got a subscription with them. Disney are not being helpful, and seem happy to take money for nothing. beware of this company. It will not refund my money, despite the fact I have no service from it.02

Father died

Father died. I don't have his account info because I didn't know he had an account. Checked his credit card not in there like the other streaming services. It must be in a bundle. Called the help center. Larry - from India - tells he needs the account info to cancel the account (notice there is no Death notification process) and that if he doesn't do it properly he will "lose his job". BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I’ve appear to have been charged twice…

I’ve appear to have been charged twice by Disney+ for the same monthly subscription through PayPal, both showing the exact same amount and reference number. There’s clearly been a billing error, but trying to get it resolved is impossible. Customer service is rude and irreverent, they worst I have come across is some time. It shouldn’t be this difficult to manage a single subscription or to get a duplicate charge refunded promptly. I expect better reliability and transparency when dealing with automatic payments.

Shocking customer service

Account has been hacked. Provided all the evidence they asked for via email as they requested. They then denied receiving the emails, despite me receiving automated responses and then told me to close my bank account if I didn't want to continue to pay the rolling recurring card payment! Bank have advised Disney need to stop requesting the money and Disney refuse. Twice had the phone put down on me by their 'Customer service' agents. Shocking company to deal with. At present I'm £911 down, unable to access the service and unable to cancel.

Charged my card twice

I have to say i use to really love Disney plus but now I cant stand them they're money hungry and charged my card twice for 3 months straight, when I called about it they blamed my roku, but I've never had a problem with my roku charging me twice for Netflix or AMC. I told them that Disney plus was the one to charge it and it even said Disney on my cash app card. They didnt even give me a refund. Not only did they charge my card, i still can't log in and watch anything they pretty much rob me. Don't waste your time you can find most of the movies at your local Walmart on a DVD. Ill be canceling my subscription, I hate to because I've been a member since the beginning unfortunately they are not like they use to be. They deserve every one star review and I hope the company falls apart for taking hard working people's money.

They took double payments out for 7…

They took double payments out for 7 months. Called several times still have yet to refund my money. I canceled my service 2 months ago. They still took out those 2 months. I Called and they told me to put stop payment on them. What company says that!!! Thank God there are no children in this house just an old lady that likes animation. But it won't be theirs! Shame on them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A foster home for disabled young adult men

I have a foster home for disabled young men. I cant imagine going back to DVD or Blu-ray. I have seen multiple individuals that were agitated for unknown reasons, calm right down when asked if they would like to pick a Disney show to watch. I guess that having a choice or being able choose a show from their old favorites, brings them pleasure. I have never had any technical problems at all. As an old grumpy combat veteran, I have never personally watched any of the cartoons...

Ability to block certain shows

Disney should allow parents to have the access to block certain shows not just a range for Disney to push to opinions of theirs before others is not right. I don't care if there's a wide range of people and their beliefs. Parents should have the access to block certain shows From what Disney Dean's OK for the public to have.

wish id never started a subscription with disney. They're a joke. Their customer service is robotic. It continuously says oops something went wrong contact help. I have given my detail to 5 different chats. Uninstall edge, re in stalled. Turned off and rebooted my modem 3 hours of pissing around n still doesn't work !! Fast enough take the money from my bank. Bad service bad network.

Absolutely horrible people own this…

Absolutely horrible people own this company. They sold out Jimmy Kimmel, and cost themselves 4.Billion dollars due to canceled subscriptions so now they are trying to make everyone who stayed with them through all of there uneducated decisions pay for the money they cost themselves by charging an additional $2 a month to make up for what they lost through there own fault. Please continue to cancel your disney plus and show this company that they can't just screw over customers just because they made a stupid decision.
