Paid express delivery for an order

Paid express delivery for an order, which is 1-2 working days. Contacted DisplayPro on the 3rd working day as I had still not received my order. I spoke to the most unprofessional and unpleasant member of staff, who showed no empathy or remorse for the mistake made on there end. As the delivery was still not received, I requested a refund to which the angry employee responded abruptly and terminated the call. I won’t be buying again nor would I recommend to friends, family or businesses. Absolutely appalling. I would give 0 if I could.

Lost my order

I ordered a large shelving unit from Display Pro and paid extra for express delivery. Three days later, I still hadn’t received anything, so I chased it up — only then was I told the order had been lost in transit.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and very prompt in trying to help, but it was frustrating that no one had contacted me proactively to let me know there was an issue. To make matters worse, it turned out they didn’t have any more of the item in stock, so there was no immediate replacement available.

Overall, really disappointing — especially after paying for express delivery and having to do all the chasing myself.

Unable to get any reply to email or phone call

Unable to get any reply to an email enquiry sent 2 weeks ago. I've tried phoning but have been 'first in line' waiting for next available agent for 15 mins, then told that the person at that extension is not available! Hopeless.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, ordered a sneeze guard on Sunday. Paid express delivery at the cost of £15 with an expected delivery within 1-2 days. Chasing them all week as no sign of dispatch for them to promise it will be dispatched today at the latest. Still no sign of dispatch so another email sent to then be told they don’t even have the parts and won’t be able to get them until Monday. Why sell something if you don’t have the parts? You’ve now cost me a whole weekend of markets and stock which is thousands over two days of trading. I now can’t trade as I’m without a sneeze guard. Do not bother wasting your time with this shocking company
