Expertly made, comfy and delivered on time.

Great sales person with extensive knowledge (Olivia; Huddersfield) helped us choose what we love as our Chesterfield. A couple of minor issues were dealt with well. 1. The cushions on our three seater did not sit level - so these were replaced and 2. 3-4 of the 12 wooden feet split after approx 8-12 months. Again these were replaced with more suitable feet without issue. These are minor but important quality issues which should be rectified at a fundamental level to avoid other customers having a similar experience. These issues prevented me from giving a 5 star rating

Andrei was amazing and spent a lot of time going over all the different options with us. The sofas we ordered are such high quality, we are extremely happy with them. The delivery was super quick.

Couldn't be more pleased with Distinctive Chesterfields in Huddersfield. The service in the showroom was absolutely brilliant. Excellent quality of build and all the staff are so knowledgeable.
The delivery went off without a hitch, considering we are difficult to deliver to, they listened to the issues and adapted their delivery to suit. The quality of the bespoke designed suite is perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

I cannot stress fully the superb quality of the customer service, which was particularly noteworthy insofar as I was ordering from abroad using the website and the telephone. The chesterfield itself, which arrived more quickly than had been promised upon ordering, was absolutely top drawer. As such, I am delighted to recommend distinctivechesterfields.com without any reservations whatsoever.

There was a good selection of sofas and chairs to choose from in the store.
The staff were very helpful and we were pleased to be able to order our new furniture very quickly

Overall very happy with the sofas my only disappointment was the cushions we ordered was the soft type. They are not comfy it seems the feather topping pushes into the corners and leaves an indent. Would have liked to have had more info with cushion options before ordering and would have opted for the firm option

I spoke with Dawn on several occasions.
Nothing was too much trouble for her and everything I asked was answered with great product knowledge.
I did all my ordering over the telephone as I live a long way from the showroom.

Purchased 2 sofas last year. Overall the sofas are really nice. However, the seats are very poor. Had replacement inners as the original were thin and went out of shape. The replacements are awful. They are uncomfortable and shapeless. The actual seats are really poorly made, they don’t fit correctly, are all different and have cheap, brown plastic zips. The sofas are light grey.
Despite many months of trying to sort this, the issues have still not been resolved. They have told me that if I want new seats, I have to buy them. Totally unacceptable and unhelpful.
I would definitely not recommend this company.
UPDATE:
As I have had no further replies from Distinctive Chesterfields, I have taken the matter to a solicitor and am taking legal action against them with the support of my bank and Section 75 of the Consumer Act.
FURTHER UPDATE:
Provided bank with a report from ‘Furniture Reports’, a total of 21 manufacturing faults were found along with 2 safety issues.
Bank has issued me a full refund and advised me to dispose of sofas.
I can now purchase new sofas from a better more reliable and reputable company.

They were not pushy very helpful through my whole journey of buying my beautiful setee and matching footstool

Overall pleased with the quality style and price.
From order to delivery was quick and efficient.
However after paying extra for feather filled seat cushions we were disappointed to find that they sagged and were uncomfortable.
After speaking to Olivia and sending requested photos many months ago we are still waiting for an update, no contact from this company has been attempted to rectify this problem. Therefore I would not recommend good customer services from Distinctive Chesterfields

Listened to what I wanted and advised me about different colours and leather kept me informed and delivered when they said I love my chesterfields

On time, on budget an to specification....What more could you ask for?

The journey from start to finish was rewarding. Deal was good. I am delighted with my new Chesterfield- v comfy!
