Awesome Experience with Divian and Dr Handicap. Very responsive and knowledgeable about what each state requires. California DMV accepted the certified forms filled out by my doctor. So with that said, I now have both the HC Placard and the DV Plates due to my mobility disabilities.

Dr Handicap was a great decision!
At first I was skeptical- was it a legit site or not. However, not only are they a legitimate website but their customer service was top notch. They responded to two separate phone calls quickly with the answers I needed and the process was efficient and so quick! Thank you so much for helping me when my primary care physician was a nightmare and I finally gave up with them.
Dr Handicap is the way to go!

Just top of the line customer service
Just top of the line customer service, and care!!! I don’t think you will be able to qualify if you don’t actually have a medical condition so if you don’t and don’t have proof of it, I wouldn’t recommend it because you will probably get denied. But if you have Medical results, MRIs, etc. then this is definitely the best company to get it done fast!!!

Exceptional Customer Service
I was skeptical re using online service to get my handicap placard approved….my primary care physician would have done, but, appointment was several months away. Decided to see if this was a faster path.
Follow up was immediate. Physician reached out in person to discuss my case. Received everything I needed after that via USPS Priority Mail. Visited BMV today and received tags.
