Fast response, my doctor was quick in resolving my issues. I’m glad I chose DivanMed.

I have had an NC handicap plate for years. My car was totaled in Ohio and not having this plates was an impact to me. It’s hard to walk and navigate. I went to my doctor for the Ohio script. When I took it to the DMV it was incomplete and DMV couldn’t take it and process it. That was time and money for me I didn’t have. Divanmed doctors listened to me and got me what I needed to complete the DMV process. It was fast and efficient. I was able to share and video all of my disability information and the doctor helped me out. The prescription and DMV form was complete and correct. I was glad because I didn’t want to have to do this a third time. I highly recommend Divanmed and the doctors, especially for very busy people.

For months I struggled asking my HMO provider for a permanent handicap plates permit but no luck. Once I contacted Divan they showed great service fast, reliable and accurate. Thanks for getting me my permanent handicap plates permit.

I was told I would get a refund within 3-5 business days. Today is the 5th day and I’ve not received it. This is not good business. :/

Worked exactly how it said on the tin.

I recently moved and, despite the fact that my Handicapped Parking placard had 3 years before expiration my new state required that I get a new one. Because of the recent issues with the medical profession I have refrained from seeking medical attention, I do not trust them. Divanmed gave me exactly what I needed. They sent me the completed application which, when I presented it to the local DMV, resulted in a new Placard within 5 minutes.

Service was quick and professional. I called when i had questions and the response was great. the only major drawback I have, is that I wasn't notified per the website, that my documents were mailed.

I got the email saying approved but never got the paperwork to take to DMV. Where is that paperwork? I'm in SC and they said would be digital, emailed to me?
