Scammers

Bought a Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6 from this company instead they send me an unbranded watch. and then when I queried it told me it was correct. The box was unbranded, the strap was rubbish and the watch itself looked nothing like the Xiaomi. These people are clearly scammers. If you want stress-free ordering avoid these people at all costs.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCUM

Ordered an item and was told the tracking would be sent via the "shop" app. Upon installing this I found out my order had been returned and refunded. There has been no refund to my account. They ignore all attempts to contact them via email or Facebook and then had the nerve to send a generic reply saying I had to contact them through their website only as they get a lot of "abusive" correspondence... I am not surprised.... DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The 5star reviews on here are fake too as pictures used in profiles are stock pictures from Google searches..

My order N 4793

My order N 4793. Placed an order on 17th December.
It’s been nearly 3 weeks I haven’t received my order. Firstly, it was meant to be for festive holidays that’s why I ordered from them as it was mentioned they will deliver in 3-5 days via Royal Mail, and secondly, the order was nearly £100 and not even an email from them explaining the delay. Still waiting for my order or any communication from them.

Still waiting!!!

Still waiting!!!! Placed my order, money taken from my bank account, no communication, no replies to any emails, contact numbers are not allocated. Wont be using this company again. Check peoples reviews before ordering with this company. Shocking!!!!!

Still waiting - was expected 3-5 days after ordering

Still waiting!! Seems there is only one person working in customer services and the only way to reach them is by writing a bad review. I placed my order July 1st as delivery was 3-5 days. Eventually given a tracking number and it’s been in the UK for a week. After complaining I was given a £30 gesture of goodwill but it’s getting beyond a joke now. I’m not even sure if I will like it when it arrives so may have the palava of sending it back and trying to sort a refund. That’s if it does ever arrive. It wouldn’t be so bad if it only cost £10 but they have my money and are impossible to reach. I’ve run businesses before and would never dream of taking so long to get back to someone!!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review from our business that you have never actually purchased from. It would seem that you purchased some furniture from another company. I do hope that when your furniture arrives that you get as much satisfaction from your table and footstool as the sex toys you never bought from ourselves.

Please do not waste your money with this company.

Sizing is ridiculously inconsistent, they never communicate, and they hide behind the “laws” of the land to protect themselves.

Thank you for your review however it seems that you are actually missing the truth from it. So you say that we did not communicate with you if that is the case could you please explain what the 16 page document was that we put in front of a Judge in Newport County Court, a document which you also received a copy of but lacked the courtesy of submitting yourself claiming that 3 months to do so was not possible due to a virus yet we managed it . Maybe we can remind you it was all the replies you received to your emails. When you were actually told to return your goods for a refund you opened a charge back with your bank and still have them and got your money back so who is actually a total fraud here ? You claimed to a Judge and shouted at him down the phone that he was wrong for agreeing that we complied with law and that you could not be bothered to adhere to it, you even claimed you were going to report him to your local MP. Maybe you should move from Tesco bank as their failure to deal with your charge back correctly and their lack of knowledge as explained to you by a Judge has left you in a bit of a pickle.

Please don't buy from this company.

The item I'd bought as a gift was not quite the material I was expecting and was way to big size wise. I tried contacting their customer service but got no reply to repeated calls. Tried emailing but just got an automated response telling me to follow instructions via their website to return it to a PO Box address which I did. A couple of weeks later the package was returned to me via Royal Mail informing me the package was not picked up by the company concerned. I would advise not to buy from this company.

very poor customer service

I ordered 4 items from divas closet and they delivered 3 promptly within 3 days.  The 4th item to the value of £36.95 never arrived. I sent emails and messages to the company asking when the item would be dispatched but never received any response at all. There was an automated email response stating that they did not respond to emails from customers due to high levels of abusive messages and to submit an enquiry form through the website instead which I did twice with no response at all . I submitted a claim through paypal for a refund for the missing item and divas closet quoted the delivery receipt for the 3 items I received to try and avoid refunding the 4th item I never received. Very poor customer service indeed. It has taken a lot of time and effort to get this item refunded through paypal. I imagine now that they will add a response to this review trying to intimate I'm an abusive customer or problematic in some way as that seems to be their usual response to these issues. I buy lots of goods online and never ever have had an issue like this. I will never buy from this company again and cannot recommend them at all. The goods I got were ok but fairly poor quality for the prices paid. Overall a very poor experience.

I never got a confirmation email of my…

I never got a confirmation email of my order, neither was I informed when it was despatched, I couldn't even track it.. it was just pathetic... however i got what i ordered... wasn't worth the money...

Im editing this post in regards to your reply... had i entered my email wrong youd not be sending me all your ads, id not have a link to even write this review... most your reviews are negative.. i didnt get it the next day.. i took almost a week and if you reply to my review the way you just did it just proves how pathetic you are as a brand and a company..

Yes you got what you ordered the very next day also. Have a nice day. Terrible service

Terrible service, didn’t get my order, emailed several times and all emails ignored. I filed a complaint with PayPal and then suddenly received an item 3 days later but incorrect item or wrong description on website. I didn’t bother to tell them it’s not what I ordered because they don’t bother to respond. Item in bin.

Definitely won’t use their services again.

Item not received

Ordered well before Christmas. Did not arrive. This is my second review. First one never got posted. Divas closet may reply to this if they decide to post it! No doubt they will come back with ‘we checked Royal Mail and the item was signed for’ well not by the person it was intended for if it was signed. No matter what has happened to the order there is no excuse from divas closet as to why 2 emails that I sent were totally ignored and not heard from them since! Very poor customer service.

Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you say you didn't receive it, and your damn right we will come back and say we tracked it with Royal Mail and the item was signed for. As the tracking information states that it was delivered and signed for by the name on the order, well before Christmas but hey ho what do we know. You have also been resent the tracking information again so you can report lost or stolen mail to Royal Mail. You may also want to report that somebody used the exact name and used a false signature. Have a nice day.
