Initially I had thought that their whole business was a scam as initially I did not get any confirmation / shipping emails or notifications however the money was deducted from my account and the customer service team did not get back till later. Their website & online customer service processes definitely need to be reviewed as they’re not very effective.
About a week after placing an order I got a email from the customer service team with my tracking code which did not work. Instead of dealing with them I contacted fedex directly and was able to get accurate information to track my order. My dkny account did not have my order under purchase history, no tracking details were available there either. I received the bag that I had ordered, and it’s in great condition. The bag did not come in a dkny box though, so if you are purchasing it as a gift then I suggest adding a note when u purchase it. Overall the process was a bit stressful but I got the product and I’m happy with they quality of the bag.

No Fabric Type is listed in the site's product description of this IRL visibly bad quality dress.
I received a dress with strange puckered satin fabric so I called customer service about their return shipping fee but was told first to email them photos.
I emailed customer service numerous product photos and requested to not be charged their return shipping fee but was charged a return fee anyway.
My letter to DKNY Customer Service:
The dress I ordered does not look like the pictures in the product description. Please see the pics I have forwarded with this email. The fabric is actually extremely shiny and puckered. I returned it but the return shipping fee should not be deducted from me since this was not my fault. Kindly do not deduct the shipping fee.
Rose coloured dkny watch
I had a rose coloured dkny watch bought for me just over 3 years ago, but have only worn it around 8/9 times. I have taken great care of it, taking it off when washing my hands etc, but the rose colour has now come off the sides of the watch, leaving the underlying gold colour. This obviously not match the strap & therefore looks horrible. I have emailed and messaged deny 3 times about this problem, but have not received any type of acknowledgement or reply. Not happy with the watch or dkny's lack of customer services. Will not be recommending them for sure.

I contacted them 3 times, they said they sent a request to the shipping warehouse. Still have not heard anything. Has been 2 weeks. I believe they sell what they dont have in stock.

I ordered 3 Medium mens tees for a gift: 2 neon skull tees (1 in grey, 1 in black) & 1 newsprint tee (blue). I received the grey neon skull tee & the newsprint tee. I received a completely different shirt in lieu of the black neon skull tee. The incorrect shirt I received was size XXL & a completely different design. The gifts were for the birthday of a military personnel who was on leave at the time. Unfortunately, they were not able to receive the 3rd tee since Donna Karan messed up my order and is now attempting to make me pay again to correct their incompetence.
I am not going to be able to take more time off of work to be able to return the item to the Post Office, and am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and downright pissed off at this company! I will NEVER again order from DonnaKaran.com, DKNY, or any other of their affiliate companies. I am completely shocked, and feel as though their customer service practices are flat out DISGUSTING.
I contacted DK by phone. The rep asked to send a photo of the incorrect shirt to 'help @donnakaran. com'. I did just that.
I then received an email asking to return the incorrect shirt on my dime & time.
I called customer service again. I told the rep it didn't seem fair that I would have to not only pay for return shipping, but also take time from work to make a trip to the Post Office.
When I brought this concern up, the rep literally, non-jokingly, & insensitively told me to stand outside, wait for the postman when he delivers the mail to my home and then just give the return package to the postman!!! (As if i don't work during the day!! I told the rep that is the most rude & ridiculous & insensitive thing to say to a customer in which I paid for an incorrect order through NO FAULT OF MY OWN. I told the rep I don't think I should be responsible for return shipping, nor having to take time off of work to return the item. The rep proceeded to tell me that is the only way I will be refunded for the incorrect shirt, or sent the correct one; I must pay for the return shipping & take time off work to send it back. So, I guess I'm stuck with a shirt I didn't want, in a size that doesn't fit and they still get to keep the profit. Just doesn't seem ethically, morally, or legally fair.

This surely is illegal what they are doing. False advertising they do t have the goods. Please check out other reviews. People have had their orders cancelled because they state that it is out of stock. Then it is still on their website weeks and if not months later. Please check out these reviews before making any purchase.
They know exactly what they are doing. Taking payments making thousands on interest and then eventually refunding payments after a month or so. I will find out who regulates these cowboys. It is fraud nothing else.

In January 2021, I purchased two of the same coats, one in a size medium and another in a size large. I needed to see which one fit better. I ended up returning the large and as of today March, 22, 2021, I am still waiting for a refund. I have contacted them several times and each time they tell me to wait another 7-10 business days. This coat was not cheap at all. They received the return on January 15th, 2021 but they are still holding onto my money. They had no issue taking the money out of my account the second I placed my order. Why is there a hold up now that I am owed a refund?

I bought two DKNY duvet sets from Debenhams, and although I am generally pleased with them, I do find the pillowcases are too small. I only have standard pillows, but there is hardly any overlap and they have to be stretched really tightly over the pillows. I have never had this problem with other makes, and especially for the price, I think they should be more generous with the sizing of the pillowcases.

I recently purchased this sweatshirt - Rosewater BOXY HOODED SWEATSHIRT WITH TAPING for my daughter. At the first wash, which was done rigourously by the instructions, pink turned with black spots...colors mingled...not even the cleaners couldn't save it.

This was probably the worst customer experience so far. I purchased a bag and I had to pay twice the price for custom clearance so I returned it and asked for refund.
3 months now and I haven’t received a formal answer about what is going to happen with my money.
I’ve sent multiple emails and I got the same answer that my request is sent to the management team and once they have an answer they will contact me and now they don’t even reply to my emails! I am somehow convinced they are not going to return the money!

I purchased a perfect coat for my daughter and we were very excited about it and I even paid for express shipping. The day that it was supposed to arrive I received an email from DKNY saying that the item when out of stock and it was no longer available. Not only did I receive the wrong item but it’s been over 5 months since i first contacted them about returning this item for a refund and they’re still telling me ‘it’s been forwarded to the correct management team’ I’ve spoken on their live chat twice and both times it has been raised as high priority but still not resolution. It’s actually disgusting how bad their customer service is. I have been told there is no complaints team just an email and even those people are unable to actually resolve the problem. I must’ve filled out the contact us form over 20 times and when I’m lucky enough to get a response it’s just utter rubbish or they ask me to send pictures of the item which I’ve already previously sent more than once.
