My package can speedy quick and everything can in great condition!

I've purchased from them 3 times now. All PS4 games. Everything came ontime, were spotless and clean. And wrapped with care. There was only one time where the game was loose in the case, but I think that was shipping issues. Great costumer service, always cheap deals. And if I buy something and it goes on sale or they decide to make it cheaper, they will send you the difference in price that you paid. Now that's service..My go to for my Ps4 games. Soon plan to branch out, as they have a great selection of all types of consols and games+ accessories. Keep doing you one love.

Ordered a single SEGA Dreamcast game that is over 20yrs. old and it not only arrived a day before the ETA but it's like brand new! They take really good care of their customers and offer quality games.

All perfect:
the shipment (from America to Italy) arrived than the estimated 40 days in 14 days.
Arrived everything I open and insert in my NES and start playing.
After 15 days everything is fine and the game runs fine and the battery for the memory seems to work perfectly after 36-37 years.

I bought a "Good Condition" DS Lite system from DKOldies, and I couldn't be happier with it! Both screens are flawless, the shell is clean, the stylus firmly clicks into place, and pushing the buttons feels crisp and responsive. It feels as fresh as the one I got for my birthday 15 years ago. Worth the price!

We are still using our game systems games memory cards and remote controls. We recommend if you take care of your products it will last longer. DPL, JCFD, TLH,JALD,JCD,FML,JML, the grand children and God children.

i am technitian and i order to check if all the telling on youtube are true about how bad this store is . YES ITS garbage .Nothing is refurbished noone didnt even do the basics on the console its a SCAM/

I bought a Luigi’s mansion dark moon from them and I got it quickly and it was great condition, it was cleaned quite well, it was properly packed, and it worked like new. I recommend them.

EDIT TO REPLY: Lol it was one game that I didn't know was counterfeit. You all updated the terms on your website to say "we do not return counterfeit games" after you tried to lie to me about your policy. Again, sketchy business practices and rude unprofessional employees.

I sold a collection through Dkoldies. When I received my payment in the mail, it was roughly $50 short and the only reason given was "counterfeit Pokemon Pikachu yellow." I had no clue the game was counterfeit as I've had it since I was a child.
After reaching out to customer support to try and get my cartridge back, they told me they could not distribute it or pay me for it since it was counterfeit, and after some prying, came to the conclusion that the cartridge would be disposed of to take it out of circulation. Fine.

But, the representative I dealt with was rude, unhelpful, and lied to me about their policy, claiming they "don't ship items back in lots" and "it's clearly outline on their sell page" and when asked to clarify blew me off. Nowhere on the sell page does it say that, it says "We do not return damaged games" and "all transactions are final." Items not compensated for are not part of the transaction, so they hide under these blanket statements and if they cannot/do not want to pay you for the items you send them, they will keep the items and not send you any sort of compensation. Please be wary about sending your items to DK Oldies, because you'll never see them again, whether you're compensated or not. It's their policy after all.

This company is amazing! All our favorite games/consoles from our childhood AND the customer service is so quick to respond and incredibly helpful! Will definitely be buying again!

Their selection is great and their customer service is top-notch. I would highly recommend if you're looking to make a vintage game purchase, make it from Dkoldies.

I've ordered from DKO four times and my order was incorrect each time. Further, I had a difficult time getting a hold of them for support. I called and emailed for several days in a row and finally, after four days, I got through. In addition, several of the items that I received were damaged. For example, I bought "good condition" games and they had torn labels on the front. It's a good thing they have a 120-day return period because I've had to return most of what I bought. At one point, I talked to the owner over the phone (Joey, I think) and he apologized for my orders. He gave me a $20 credit which I used to buy another "good condition" game that ended up having a torn label. Oh, the irony. Finally, I'll leave you with this: their prices are outrageously high. Shame on me for not looking around a bit to find much better deals elsewhere.

They have every game and console you can think of! Within a day of placing my order, it was shipped and got an email from the owner thanking me for my order. 😀

A couple months back I sent a couple of items to get fix. They said they test their systems but with even a quick test I did when I got my items I noticed that one of the buttons was sticky and would get stuck for a few seconds. I had two GameCube sent in to get fix. When I read the bad reviews online, I decide to look at the vent for the motor and noticed a lot of dust still stuck on the system. I can’t imagine what it looks on the inside of the system. Not only is this a bad look for their repair team but the dust can in fact damaged the system. I did some researching online and noticed that they never clean the inside of the system. I do not trust that the system was clean and I would never spend my money on anything they do. I would advise anyone online to not visit them because you’ll be left with regret.

My husband ordered a game from DK Oldies on January 3, 2023. After ordering they sent him an email with the shipment tracking as if all was good to go, but 3 days later; January 6th, he received another email from them about how they no longer had the game available that he paid for. While these things happen and we're very understanding of that, they didn't even offer a refund for THEM selling my husband a game they didn't have in stock, yet they took his money. Instead they only allowed him to use his money spent as store credit and said that was all they could offer. So they can sell you a game they have listed as in stock, and take your money with no problem, but a refund is a problem when it was their mess up?
From all of the other reviews I'm glad all my husband did was order a game so we didn't get scammed out of more money that we are only allowed to use in their shop from their own screw up. Don't sell people something you don't have in stock, and if that mistake does happen refunds should be issued because this was obviously the fault of the companies, NOT the buyer. I am a business owner myself and I would never do that to any of my customers! It is unprofessional, shady and a VERY POOR way to do business.

Absolutely love buying retro games and consoles through DKOldies. Everything I have received has been clean and fully operational. I did have one small issue with a missing game in an order and their customer service team jumped on it right away and sent out another one. I will continue to buy from them and grow my collection.

First time customer. I attempted to order a PSP game from them and went through PayPal checkout. An error occured during the payment process which nullified the order but still charged me money. I sent an email and they replied to me the next day saying they didn't see any orders placed. I would then reiterate to them three times, each reply from them taking a full 24 hours, that money was taken from my account, but no order was completed. They never specified if they received the money or not and kept dodging my problem. Very slow replies, and they just kept telling me no order was placed. Obviously no order was placed because there was an error on their end. Took me four days to finally sort of understand myself and that perhaps they didn't get the money. They never made it clear.

Unfortunately i am very dissapointed I paid for a playstation 3 certainly refurbished and it wasn't even slightly refurbished shame i will never buy anything from dkoldies again , and I advise you not to buy anything in this store
