Takes 1-2 days to process an order
The purchase on DLGAMER requires a manual validation by their human employee, which means it can take several hours, or even a day or two, to go through (especially on a weekend). In my case, it took a day to process and even then it was cancelled, because when they finally asked me to confirm my paypal email, it took me more than 5 minutes. Buy elsewhere. This service doesn't belong into this century. The only good thing I can tell about DLGAMER is that it's probably not an intentional scam.

Feeling scammed
I bought Tekken 7, payment went through, validation went through and after less than 3 minutes my order was "completed" but sadly there's no cdkey to be found. On the product page I can see the game, I can see the invoice and instructions on how to activate the game on steam but there no key anywhere on that page. I sent message to support but after a couple of hours there's still no response. If tomorrow I get an answer for them I will update this review.
Edit. I got a response from DLGamer, the order appears to be refunded, they say there was a problem with their supplier, they were out of stock but now the item is in stock again. I could try again if I wanted... I did and got the same situation. Payment went through, no key. Now I really feel scammed but I guess is on me now (Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me)

Generally smooth experience
Managed to buy a game with no issues, all went well generally smoothly. Not sure why they need so many verifications, had to receive a code on both email and phone for the transaction to go ahead.
Instructions on how to redeem the code were helpful and code worked, as expected.
