Speed of processing once order & delivery information

Speed of processing once order was placed & information on delivery. It really was last item in stock (sometimes think other companies use this as a ploy). Do think DPD shouldn’t say we’ve missed you when both my wife & I were in the whole day & bell is working fine. Delivered after the weekend bright & early & product was absolutely fine
