2 samples sent but only 1 result received so far.
I sent 2 DNA tests in the same envelope and within days I was pleased to receive the results for one of them. This was promptly followed by an email asking for my feedback. Whilst it is still within the quoted time for results, this makes me concerned that the second has been mislaid as about 2 weeks has elapsed since the first results received. Hence I am Unsure how to grade feedback. Received second test results 5/6/2023. So now happy

We treat each sample independently which sometimes means reports for samples on the same order may be sent at different times. But the results were disappointing… vague unless you know how to read DNA lines !
I did the DNA For training my dog if she was mostly collie I would know i could ask a lot and she’d train easily, but there was no clear margin ;or not that o could work out .
