Great shop
EXCELLENT customer service,
that is really important to me.
I love to visit and browse but I always end up buying.

Helpful staff and a surprise of a discount when I got to the till.

Always go here at least once a month but ultimately its a lot more , at the moment it's to look for christmas things especially lemax items, thought they might of had a better range but still a lot of it , enjoy the free coffees

The store looked lovely with all the seasonal products and gift choices. The indoor plant area was very attractive, with well cared for plants and something to suit all tastes. I had to ask a member of staff for directions and they were attentive and helpful.

Lovely seeing all the new Christmas stock , great to allow dogs , as loads of people stop for a chat and pat my dog ,who loves the attention.

Totally indifferent response after complaining about the state of the Mens Toilets. One toilet bowl covered in Excrement, the other non flushing no paper, disgusting.
My response from Customer service, ' We can't get the staff' the cleaning schedule showed last cleaned 2 days ago, DISGUSTING

Spoilt only by extremely long wait in restaurant as only 1 person serving both hot food coffee and managing the till

You had what we wanted and we enjoyed a cuppa and cake in the cafe

I took my elderly Dad for afternoon tea. Booked the restaurant but when they realised we were struggling with Dad's mobility offered to transfer us to the coffee shop which was much easier for us. The two gentleman who served us the afternoon tea in the coffee shop were so helpful and friendly, they really made it a lovely experience. The food was excellent too and we will definitely be back.

The queues at the checkout are a definite put off!
When I asked for more checkouts to be opened I found the assistant very surly

This is a lovely place to walk around, lots of quality items different departments the team are always very helpful and knowledgeable the restaurant dishes up delicious food and there's a soft play for kids. We are very much looking forward to visit over Christmas.

Stood in queue of 15 people in Dobbies restaurant. Waited 15 minutes to pay for the soup which was now cold. Why on earth can they not have two tills operating??

Drove 30 minutes to Dobbies Morpeth for bedding for autumn pots. What a poor selection. Managed to get some plants but not impressed. If another garden centre was close by I would have left. The whole centre looks run down and poorly staffed. Faded and split compost bags poor stock levels ( no grit/ sand)! As an ex Wyvale / Dobbies employee I would guess the company has expanded too quickly without considering increasing costs and like Wyvale will soon be in trouble! Less is more. On a good point ended with my monthly free drink in the coffee shop with fruit and cheese scones.

Excellent on the spot bargain at the cheapest price ever for garden furniture gotta be in shop for on the spot reductions luckily I was there

The staff are always very friendly and I love being a part of the gardening club

We love going to Dobbies Morpbeth and Newcastle then for our cuppa coffee afterwards.

We have just purchased a garden patio set. Unfortunately we broke the glass top loading into the car. Staff were fantastic making sure we were ok and clearing up. They hope to supply a new table glass. Thank you to the kind staff at Morpeth Dobbies.
