Very nice and polite people. Very helpful

I visited the Perth store this morning (29th June) and was very impressed. The garden manager was clearly very busy however he took the time to help, not only with his knowledge of the plants I was looking for but also took me to where they were. Then I met the store manager. Well, what a pleasant surprise! It's quite a novelty nowadays to find a store manager who is engaging, helpful and approachable and not sitting behind a desk all day! When I arrived at the check out as usual the man (couldn't see his name on the badge) was also very helpful pleasant. He checked all my vouchers and made sure my account was still active. My only comment would be, change the staff I.d on the receipt and put their name instead.

My mother and I both stopped in for tea, coffee and cake using our membership card in the dog friendly area which we love

Needed help to pull out an electric wheelchair from gravel
Disabled toilet way to small used baby changing room

Good range of plants to choose from and staff very helpful.

It would be useful to have trolleys out by the plants area - I always go thinking I won’t get much then when I get there see so many things to buy but limited in what I can actually carry. Often the trolleys are so far away that customers just don’t bother going to get one.

Excellent customer care. Staff very helpful. Could be doing with new trolleys as extremely old and difficult to move

Excellent service and good value for money when I purchased a garden hose Lance., works well and makes watering hanging baskets a doddle.Also nice gardening gloves at a great price.

In a large garden centre it can be quite daunting to locate specific plants. Thankfully staff have good product knowledge and can point you in the right direction and offer very helpful advice! Sadly not always the case elsewhere.
