I purchased a Mini EBike from Doctor Scooter last year, so I am aware the warranty has expired. I had a battery problem which occurred after using another charging cable that I had to replace the charger with which resulted in my battery getting the incorrect charge and it would die after 1 or 2 bars have depleted. I informed them fully on this problem when I took my bike in for repairs. They told me I had to pay to leave my bike there for them to diagnose the problem (which I already told them) which already was pretty weird. But, I then was told by one of the staff how I was 'lazy' in not pedalling which made the battery overwork itself which is not true at all. When I came back, the of course told me what the problem was, newsflash it was the battery. They were willing to charge me so much money (over £200) just to replace the battery. Of course I refused to pay that price and I took my bike back. When I used another charger for my bike the battery worked just fine afterwards and the bike operates as normal. The shop has potential, but it's really a hit or miss with the staff that works at the branch. Just be very weary because they are really eager to make money off you.

Friendly staff. I bought wrong size tire for my Kugoo G Booster which is from doctor scooter too. I called customer service for return items, no answer but Nana she called me back.
In the Manchester store he so helpful. Couldn't be better experience.👍

Messed up my scooter, now they take long in sorting out issues. they take a long long time to answer the phone. They were good before but the staff changes around and have dropped in performance.

I ordered a kugoo g2 pro stem pole from them they the sent me kugoo g booster stem pole totally the wrong pole Ive been waiting a almost two weeks for the right one apparently DHL have my stem pole keep delivering to wrong address this take the Mick tbh

Next day delivery and kindly spoken to on chat, answered Aby questions I had

It's the wrong model controllers, 2nd time this has happened now

I ordered a scooter kugoo g2 pro last Sunday when advertising next day delivery and also promised me lastest it would be is Friday now its Saturday and also they now told me they have not got the product in stock still haven't received the scooter hopefully I will receive my product next Wednesday latest fingers crossed bit disappointed as I haven't a the exact day of delivery

It would of been 5* the scooter itself is amazing but when I received my Kugoo g booster it had a faulty screen I had to take it to the nearest dr scooter shop to get it fixed luckily it was only 2 miles away. They replaced the screen and was very friendly thank you to the guys in dr scooter in Manchester😁👍

Well when I bought the scooter. The assistant at the shop. Just gave me the bike and didn't explain much.
He should have told me how to put the charger head into the scooter properly. Cause I thought the charger he gave me was the wrong one. Cause I put it in wrong and the scooter nearly blew up in me. All I heard and saw was fire and a big bang.
Then I taken it back to the shop. And all he done was give me a charger point where the charger goes. And said the scooter is fine.
6days later I scooting down the road, at 35/40mph. And I tried to get to a stop. But my front brake wasn't working. So I had to use the back brake. And some handling skills to slow down the scooter. Then I looked down and the brake caliper is hanging. I had no front brake. Immediately went back to the shop again. And the guy said the mechanic will be in tomorrow.
I left the scooter in the shop.
And came back next day. And he said its fixed.
But why I'm confused is that how can those thick screws come out of the caliper in less that a week and half, from me collecting a brand new scooter from the shop.
So going forward the scooter is left at the shop and I would like my money back... please. That's two faults where they can be both deadly.!!!!

Scooter puncture repair lasted 1 hr was flat by the time I got home went back next day and they wanted me to pay £25 labour to fit another inner tube customer service was nil completely unsympathetic staff would not recommend

Great service price amd delivery brilliant if i need anything again will be buying from there's 💯👌🏾
