I am having nightmares not with Doctors…

I am having nightmares not with Doctors Healthcare but with FLORIDA DENTAL BENEFITS who is their dental provider. I have been trying to get very needed dental work done with different dentists that they say they cover and when I am ready to report to the dental office they call to say that this dentist and that other dentist is not covered. I have had to cancel various visits because of this ineptitude. This Florida Dental Benefits sounds like a scam to me. I want to discuss this with Doctors Healthcare Management in reference to this problem for which I have placed a call with the proper person. I am still waiting for a call back.

Doctors healthcare plan Inc has denied…

Doctors healthcare plan Inc has denied diabetic shoes plus inserts. The plan has approved before due to medical necessity. I'm still waiting for a logical explanation. Seniors beware when choosing your medicare advantage plan. Will switch next open season for sure.
