Fast and easy to order. Stock is grouped well and readily available. Items out of stock are easy to see. Place item to be purchased in basket then checkout is straightforward with a lot of payment options. Place order and the team are very quick to process and dispatch.

I ordered on a Saturday and received by Wednesday. Products arrived well packaged. Products themselves were great, well made, exactly as described and I love them. Good price too. I've used this company for a number of years to buy their cotton rope slip leads in olive. I really like them as a lead as the rope soon softens up after a couple of walks. I bought the same product again from a trade stand at the Great Yorkshire Show, packaged identical to the last leads I bought online in the Dog & Field labelled packet.

Whilst I'm happy with the items (bought 2), they are shorter by a good inch and a half than the last 2 I bought. So thankfully I had the good sense to buy 2 at the same time or that would have been frustrating when I came to use one today! On a positive note, I'm very pleased that the rubber stopper has increased in size which should prevent it pulling through the ring.

I’ve now got several of these 100g puppy/training dummies. Just perfect pocket sized dummies to take on a dog walk and train in the process. Great selection of colours and bird colours/patterns too which make it easier or harder for the dog to see (your choice). My little cocker loves them.

Just wish could purchase the supplements in a larger format for a multi dog household to last longer! Even the fussy eater is enjoying the mobility supplement! I think it’s either a great shame or a huge con when a company sells a product on a well known auction site for less than when customers want to try and do the right thing and buy direct from the company.
