Very disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service.
I received an entire box of 12 protein flapjacks that were already past their best-before date. They had been purchased as part of a 40th birthday gift hamper, so I had to buy replacement items at my own expense.
I contacted Dolphin Fitness immediately and provided clear photographs showing the dates on the products. Despite this, I spent nearly two weeks exchanging emails and was repeatedly asked for more photographs instead of receiving a straightforward resolution.
Mistakes can happen, but customers should be able to trust that products are supplied within their best-before dates and that any issues are resolved promptly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

I am a regular customer of Dolphin Fitness for their excellent range of products, reasonable prices and special offers. Delivery is usually trouble-free, but this time there was a delay due to a bottle being broken in transit. However, this was dealt with by one of their representatives (a real human being!) with efficiency and courtesy, and a next-day delivery was arranged.
