I have been with Domainmonster for quite a few years now and have not had the slightest problem with them. All things run really smoothly and if you do ever need help support if LIGHTNING fast and George B and the team are on top of everything efficiently, quickly and get things up and running straight away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all your domain requirements!!!

Every "problem" I had with this company was always my fault. Usually not hitting "save" when I made changes. Then I would flip out at them as if it was their fault. They dealt with me courteously every time regardless. George in customer service, fetched 4 domains I accidentally let expire by not "saving" my autosettings.
I wish they were still around, they make searching for and buying domains simple!

I made a mistake in setting up a mailbox. Tudor sorted this out for me by deleting and crediting the cost very quickly.

I'm sad Domainmonster no longer offers all the services they used to as I really like this company. During the switch-over, there was a moment when the support was lacking, but they've really stepped it up now which I'm really happy about. Would use this company again in future for domain purchases.

Every liaise that I've had DM with over the many years I used them were super efficient and friendly - a great service.
nb. I now only have limited dealings with DM as I've moved across to 1233-reg - not through desire, rather as a result of the buyout.

We've been using Domain Monster for many years - it's always worked well with great customer service. My most recent interaction was with Flavius who was very helpful.

Long time customer, never had a problem until this months renewals. For some reason my first renewal didn't stick and I had to renew two times. Domainmonster Support agent Tudor was quick to help and refund the failed renewal.
This is why I keep using Domainmonster, year in and year out. Issues that would have taken other registrars long time to resolve is handled swift and correct. I feel safe knowing that when the need for support arise, people like Tudor is there to help.

Have been with Domainmonster for over 15yrs, and perfectly happy during that time. Had to change some settings and records recently for my business email host, and Tudor was on the case and patiently listened and got it sorted for me, understanding I'm a complete luddite - and just want it to work ! After noticing an issue with my hosting I emailed Domain Monster and 11 minutes later received a telephone call from Tudor. The issue was resolved immediately with ease.

I was called back within an hour of my e-mail to support being sent. Tudor was brilliant and solved my issue whilst we were on the phone, in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service!
